A star among appetizers. Made with hand-chopped grass fed beef, cold pressed virgin olive oil, French grainy mustard, Worcester sauce , diced capers and shallots, salt and pepper. Served over freshly baked homemade focaccia bread, garnished with radish sprouts and shaved Parmesan cheese. Can’t go wrong with a glass of Pinot Noir!
